½ cup quick oats
½ cup of milk
Pick your favourite jar or storage container
Add oats and milk and layer with desired toppings.
Refridgerate overnight and serve cold.
For a warm alternative, soak the oats and milk overnight,then in the morning heat in the microwave and add your favourite fruits!
Maple Banana: ½ banana chopped, 1 tsp maple syrup
Strawberries and Cream: ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt, ½ cup strawberries chopped
Apple Pie: ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt, ½ cup diced apples, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Mixed Berries: 1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt,1/2 cup of frozen or fresh berries
